Louise Roseman is the Director of the Division of Reserve Bank Operations and Payment Systems at the Federal Reserve Board. In this position, she is responsible for the oversight of the Federal Reserve Banks' provision of financial services to depository institutions, fiscal agency services to the Treasury and other government agencies, and significant support functions, such as information technology and financial and cost accounting. The division also develops Federal Reserve regulations and policies governing payment, clearing, and settlement systems; oversees systemically important financial market infrastructures; works with other central banks and international organizations to set standards to promote the safety and efficiency of payment, clearing, and settlement systems globally; and conducts research regarding payment and settlement matters.

Ms. Roseman joined the Federal Reserve Board in 1985 and became director in 1999.
